Is this a job-placement service?
No. Health Mentors helps you understand paths and learn from people ahead of you.
Can I message any mentor?
No. You request a match, and a protected conversation opens only after the mentor accepts.
What if no mentor is free?
You keep your place on the waitlist and can use the separately labeled AI career guide while you wait.
Parents
Can minors participate?
Students age 13 and older may create an account and explore. Minor matching and messaging remain closed until guardian consent and the operational safeguarding launch gates are complete.
Can mentors contact students elsewhere?
No. Contact details and off-platform communication are prohibited during the beta.
Are conversations monitored?
Messages are logged, automatically screened for safety signals, reportable, and reviewable by authorized staff.
Mentors
Do I need a calendar integration?
No. Mentorship is an open-ended relationship built around on-platform messages.
What verification is required?
Identity plus license or enrollment verification, and any required background check before contact with a minor. Payment arrangements are confirmed during review.
How much time must I commit?
You choose a capacity of one to three mentees and may pause new requests at any time.
